Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Return Process
- Contact support@xinto.com with your order number.
- Wait for return authorization instructions.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
- Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
