At Xinto, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Damaged products caused by misuse
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact support@xinto.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for return authorization instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address.
  4. Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
